1. Room bookings

A booking is complete after confirmation from our team.

• Provide correct dates and guest numbers
• Confirmed prices may vary by period and promotion
• The property may decline a booking when rooms are unavailable

2. Payment and cancellation

Payment and cancellation follow the conditions provided at the time of booking.

• Pay through the agreed method
• Free cancellation at least 48 hours before arrival where permitted
• Late cancellation may incur a fee
• No-shows are non-refundable

3. Property rules

Please respect the safety and comfort of all guests.

• No smoking indoors
• No pets
• Keep noise low after 10:00 PM
• Notify staff before bringing outside visitors
• Guests are responsible for damage they cause

4. Check-in and check-out

Check-in is from 5:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM.

• Other times are subject to availability
• Late check-out may incur a fee
• Present identification at check-in

5. Liability

The property takes reasonable security measures but is not liable for loss caused by guest negligence, force majeure or valuables not placed in our care.
